Eating out

Here are currently some of my favourite little restaurants in the Capital...

Tibits - Vegetarian Restaurant in Piccadilly and Southwark
Menu of the Day

These little hidden gems are a perfect way to demonstrate how vegetarian eating can be fun, colourful and entirely delicious. The menus are seasonal and varied, alongside healthy juices, smoothies and cocktails!

The Heddon street branch just off the bustling Regents Street can be a real haven for hungry shoppers or Mayfair workers alike!

Meanwhile, modern art enthusiasts will find their local Tibits Bankside just behind the Tate Modern Museum.

Wild Food Café - Neal's Yard Covent Garden and Islington

A raw and vegan wholefood restaurant with a beautiful philosophy;

'We choose to eat in a way that causes the most benefit and least suffering to the inhabitants of the Earth and in a way that is the most nourishing, fun, delicious and empowering to us'.

Every colourful dish comes artfully presented; I believe that this place could have the most inflexible carnivorous amongst us give it a try and even come out converted!

Find them in their stunning Neal's Yard location or in trendy Islington

Local Hero - Coffee and Brunch in Fulham and Kingston
At the Dinner Table

I discovered Local Hero on my first visit to Amsterdam, and whilst my main goal was to go out and explore the city, I ended up spending a fair amount of time each morning in front of a copious and leisurely breakfast...

A fine spot for a weekend brunch with an incredible menu, including vegetarian and gluten-free dishes.
